The Battlefield 1 Shortcut Kit: Infantry Bundle, $29.99 worth DLC is currently available for free download. The expansion unlocks all Non-DLC primary and secondary weapons and gadgets for all kits (Assualt, Medic, Support, and Scout).
You will need the base game on Steam to access the DLC content. Also, you can link your Origin account to your Steam account, and DLC will be unlocked in both versions.

About Battlefield 1 Shortcut Kit: Infantry Bundle
It’s the start of an all-out battle, so bring your weapons. All major weapons, sidearms, and gadgets gained for all four infantry classes – Assault, Medic, Scout, and Support – in Battlefield 1 multiplayer are included in the Infantry Bundle. You’ll also gain access to non-class-specific melee weapons, sidearms, and grenades as you go through the game.
Only things from the main game progression are included. Goods from future downloadable content, expansion packs, stuff that must be obtained through Battlepacks, and promotional offer items are not included in this Shortcut Kit.
